Just received the following email from Bill Burns
“I had an email from Jean Underwood yesterday afternoon to tell me that Dave died on 19 January in a Cheltenham nursing home.
He had significant health problems and his last years were marked by constant and severe pain.
It was Dave's expressed wish that his funeral should be a completely private event.”
