(Info from David Harriman) “Just heard on FB from his family that John Rennison passed away suddenly on Friday 1 Jan 2021.
I was only in touch with him before the holidays. A wonderful bloke whose passion for heritage knew no bounds. Another of the Gatow family gone . RIP John.”
John was a much respected member of the linguists' community, spent many years in the Trade in Berlin, Digby and at GCHQ, and as a teacher at North Luffenham.
He is fondly remembered by all who worked and associated with him. RIP John!
