Peter Worrall

I am sorry to inform you that Peter Worrall passed away on Tuesday 25 August at Northallerton Hospital after a short illness, his wife Diane was at his bedside. Peter was at Tangmere on 36/37 Russian course prior to his posting to Gatow. After leaving the RAF Peter spent the majority of his working life teaching Mathematics in Boston (Lincs). During the winter Peter was an avid Manchester Utd fan whilst during the summer his attention turned to cricket. On retirement Peter and Diane moved to Leyburn in North York’s spending much of their time walking.

He is to be cremated in Harrogate on 8th Sept at 1.00pm and afterwards at Tenants in Leyburn. Due to the ongoing Covid restrictions there will only be 20 people allowed at the funeral.
