Rog Barber's Do

No Foggy, I'm afraid that raises the same problem. I'm committed until the 17 Sep at least. Never mind. Please convey my best to Rog and his family, indeed to anyone else who remembers me.
Regards
John Holmes
PS: Foggy as in ......? ( do forgive me, my memory is not what it was...)

Rog Barber's Do

Post  John Holmes on Mon Aug 24, 2009 8:33 pm

Hey Lofty,
Long time no see/hear/email.
Don't know if you'll catch this before sliding of Down South.
I was wondering whether you had Lofty Fairhurst's contact details.
I should have liked to go to the do, but unfortunately I'm teaching that day and the next
and I'm now too old to work with a hangover.
However, I would like to pass on my regards and best wishes.
Hasta la wotsit

Roger Barber Retirement Do

Post  biglofty on Fri Jul 17, 2009 11:27 pm

Rog Barber is retiring from the Royal Air Force. He has a leaving do arranged for 3 September at the WOs' and Sgts' Mess at Digby starting around 1230hrs. Anyone wishing to attend and say farewell to Rog could they either contact me at mjlockwood@hotmail.com or at Digby on 01526327243 or on this website. I am running with this until mid-August when Lofty Fairhurst will take over as I am deploying to the South Atlantic for 10 of the next 12 months.
